Absolutely. Response answers are encrypted individually at rest using a dedicated key for each response, and browser-to-server traffic is protected with HTTPS. Access is limited through team permissions, while private uploads use time-limited access URLs. We follow GDPR standards and store application data securely in San Francisco. When a Form Creator enables AI for a supported question, the relevant response data is sent to our configured paid AI provider: Google Gemini or OpenAI. These services process the data to generate the requested analysis. For RAG and search features, uploaded files and response summaries may also be chunked and converted into embeddings by Cloudflare Workers AI. Under the applicable paid Google and OpenAI API terms, submitted content is not used to train their general models. Prompts, responses, and embedding requests may be stored briefly for abuse monitoring or legal requirements, but not for product improvements.

As a survey creator, you control which supported questions go through AI. Only answers to questions marked with ✨ are processed for analysis. Not every input type is eligible: email and phone inputs are excluded from AI analysis.

As a rough guide, typical usage may support around 100–300 generated questions on Free, 250–1,000 on Pro, and 1,200–5,000 on Teams. These are estimates, not guaranteed limits. We show your usage in a clear 0–100% progress bar inside your dashboard. Paid plans use higher-capability AI models.

Behind the scenes, we use Cloudflare Workers AI embeddings to retrieve the most relevant response and file context, then send that context to the configured Google Gemini or OpenAI service for the answer. That means your messages get quicker, sharper answers without overloading the system.
